Summary of The B12 Investigation

My B12 investigation involved four series of tests, commencing in October 2005 and continuing in July 2009

These tests were involved:

• Serum vitamin B12
• Active B12 (holotranscobalamin, HoloTC)
• Total homocysteine
• Methylmalonic acid
• Serum folate
• Red-cell folate
• Full blood count

These laboratories were involved:

• Metabolics Lab, Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide
• Queensland Health Pathology Service, Brisbane

• Sydney South West Area Health Service - Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney

• Melbourne Pathology
• Coastal Pathology, Buderim
