1.2.1 On his LinkedIn page, Lance Robert Taylor purports to be a "Development Director" with "Lusping Developments":

1.2.2 By describing himself as a "Development Director", Lance Robert Taylor purports to be an experienced developer. He should therefore know that developers, and not contractors, are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all conditions of development approval.
