Original Submission - Combined Article

The original submission to SpringerPlus was a single article covering the experiment and detailed review. Three external reviewers provided reports for the combined article; two reviewers recommended that it be separated into two separate articles.

Accepted Separate Articles

Part A was accepted for publication, on 25 February 2016, following further revisions and further review. Part B was accepted, on 20 May 2016, after further revision and review. See Data Files in sub-section menu at top of page for published files
